Get Appointed

SET IMO is pleased to offer our agents and advisors simple, online contracting through SureLC on our dedicated portal. This industry leading software allows an agent or advisor to enter your main information ONCE into the system, and SureLC will populate subsequent contracting forms for any additional carriers you wish to represent. It’s that easy!

If you’ve already completed the initial packet and just want to add an additional carrier appointment, it’s even easier! Once you gain access through the SET IMO portal, follow the instructions below for “additional appointments.”

SureLC works with the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) so you will have real-time access to licensing statuses for each state license you maintain, as well as real-time contracting status with your carrier partners.

First-time appointments

Getting appointed has never been easier, faster or more accurate. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the “Get Appointed Now” button;
2. Click on the New User link, located below login credentials;
3. Follow the directions to create your user account (remember your login information for future use);
4. Complete your profile including your E&O, EFT, and digital signature as well as any other required or necessary information; and
5. Click “Request Appointment” and complete the appointment request for the carrier you wish to be contracted with.

Additional appointments

Requesting additional appointments is even easier than your initial appointment. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the “Get Appointed Now” button;
2. Enter your login credentials;
3. Select ‘Appointments’, choose the carrier you wish to be appointed with, and proceed with the appointment request; and
4. Once you have fully completed the appointment request, SET IMO is notified to complete your contracting request.
